1)Using video editing software with proficiency
2) Have to be an expert in Adobe Premier Pro,Filmora
3)Adding pictures,graphics, visual effects,voice,sound effects and music in video
4)Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
🔸Key Responsibilities (For Content Writer):
1) Write clear,concise articles, social media posts and other written material.
2)Plan and organize content production schedules
3)Keep up with trends and updates to ensure content engaging
4)Adjust writing style to match the audience and purpose of the content
🔸Key Responsibilities (For Employee Engagement Coordinator) :
1) Plan and coordinate team building activities
2) Collaborate with HR
3) Serve as a bridge between management and employees
4)Facilitate open and effective communication
🔸Key Responsibilities (For Video Content Creator):
1) Develop creative concepts for video content
2)Write scripts for the video and filming
3) Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop video content
4)Stay updated with social trends to ensure making contents
